Two hundred years ago, the world was different.

Bright. Buzzing. Alive.

Cities stretched toward the clouds. Billboards blinked in a thousand colors. Everything you needed from food to furniture, from toothpaste to tickets to Mars—came from one name:

At first, they were just convenient. A single brand, a million products. People laughed as the old companies fell. Who needed choice when BnL delivered faster, cheaper, better? The world voted with their wallets… and BnL won.

Governments faded. Borders blurred. BnL didn’t just sell—BnL governed. They cleaned your streets. They taught your kids. They built your homes… and eventually, your spaceships.

But convenience came at a cost.

Decades of blind consumption choked the planet. Landfills swallowed cities. Forests vanished. Oceans turned to sludge. The skies thickened with soot. The world begged for air.

And BnL smiled.

“Don’t worry,” they said. “We’ll fix it.”

They built the Axiom, a floating palace in the stars. And when the time came, the people boarded fat with hope and starved of truth. They left Earth behind… trusting BnL would make it whole again.

But Earth never healed.

The cleanup drones broke down. The last eco-bots fell silent. And the planet was forgotten, left to rot beneath rusted machines and broken promises.

But not everyone left.

Those left behind survived in the shadows of skyscrapers and smoke. Starving. Fighting. Enduring.

And from the ruins, three new powers rose.

The Capitol.

Born from the last elite families, they rebuilt civilization through force. District by district, they crushed resistance, demanding tribute in food, metal, and labor. And once a year, for entertainment… they made children kill each other in an arena.

Order through fear.

WICKED.

Scientists who saw the future in viruses. When a neural plague—The Krippin Virus—began to spread, they began experimenting on the immune. Cities became labs. Teenagers became test subjects. They called it salvation.

Sacrifice through science.

And then...

The Bureau of Genetic Welfare.

Descendants of BnL's geneticists. They believed humanity’s fall wasn’t environmental—it was genetic. Anger, fear, selfishness… all flaws in the code. So they isolated cities, enforced social roles, and waited for natural selection to “heal” humanity.

Perfection through control.

For twenty years, the three fought in the shadows.

The Bureau launched purification campaigns eliminating entire populations it deemed “damaged.”

WICKED retaliated with viral strikes.

The Capitol burned any who opposed them.

Cities turned to ash. Animals disappeared. And when the last bombs fell, the survivors made a deal:

A cold peace.

Divided zones. Secret experiments. And silence.

But the war never truly ended.
